Simple Ordering Steps: (please note that proof is sent after order is submitted and payment processed)

1. Select preferred options(including font style and quantity) and enter personalized text to be printed(if applicable)
2. Select desired quantity and click ‘Add to Cart’.
3. If product is a photo announcement/invitation, you will be able to upload photo(s) on the next page.
4. Proceed to Checkout, enter billing and shipping address along with credit card information. Click submit.
5. Await proof (if applicable) to be uploaded to your account (within 2 business days).
6. Approve Proof or request changes.
7. Once proof is approved your order will be processed and shipped.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The real answer is, it depends.

It depends on:  1)  the type of product ordered.  2)  Proof approval time and 3) the type of shipping

There are generally two types of products on our site:  Customized and non-customized products.

Non-Customized products:  These are products that do not require a proof, such as Christmas Greeting Cards sold in a boxed set.

Non-Customized products are generally shipped in 3 – 4 business days.  Once your order has shipped, you can track your order by logging into My Account  or by using the Track My Order link found in the footer of every page.  All orders are final.

Customized products:   These are products such as party invitations and announcements where the customer’s details are printed on the product.
