Q1. Are envelopes included in your order?
A1. Yes, white or ecru envelopes are included with each order.
Colored envelopes cannot be ordered at this time.

Q2. How long will it take to receive my order?
A2. It generally takes about a week (up to a week and a half ) for a regular order to be delivered to your doorstep.
Here is a general breakdown:
It takes 3-5 business days (once the proof has been approved) for an order to be processed, printed and packaged. Then add 2-3 bus. days for shipping.

Need it faster?
You may cut down on the processing time by opting for a Rush Order.($20 fee)
Rush Orders are processed in 1-2 business days (after proof approval), then add 2-3 bus. days for shipping

Need it right away?
You may combine our Rush Order services with Overnight shipping (extra fees apply) for the fastest available delivery.

Q3. Can I change the colors on the invitation?
A3. Generally, The invitations are pre-printed and the colors cannot change, (unless it is a photo invitation).
You can change the background color and font for photo invitations unless otherwise specified.

Q4. How do I enter the wording I need printed on the invitation?
Please enter the text that you would like printed in the 'Personalization Box'. You may enter the wording of your choice and do not have to follow the text in the sample. If you would like to use the same wording as the sample, We do recommend that you still type in ALL the words. However, you may enter only the name, date, time and event information and we will automatically use the wording from the sample.
Please add any additional instructions in the 'Special Instructions' Box.

Q5. Can I see a proof before I place my order?
A5. We do not have an online proofing system. Proofs are emailed after you place your order (within 1 business day). Your proof will follow the layout in the sample unless you specify otherwise. You may use your own words or enter the words in the online sample.
